　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　The Manager Facilities Management e xhibits strong leadership skills and sound decision making, and is also a team builder and leader. the Manager must have thorough knowledge of NFPA, TJC, and AHCA standards, while also being able to prioritize and schedule corrective and preventative maintenance work orders to insure compliance with regulatory standards. the Manager schedules and manages vendors working inside the facility.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

　　Current Florida Driver's License required; CPI within 180 days of hire required

　　3+ years of hospital related experience required

　　Experience with local, state, and federal guidelines regarding healthcare facilities
