Description:
Assess creditworthiness of existing or prospective customers
Review/release orders that go on credit hold due to past due balances and/or credit limits.
Monitors accounts receivable aging reports and contact delinquent customer accounts for payments.
Collection calls and email follow up on past due accounts.
Researches and reconciles customer accounts with discrepancy problems.
Responding to customer questions and resolving billing, invoicing and credit discrepancies
Process daily invoices and credit memos
Bank deposits, manual wire payments, and credit card transactions
Posting payments to the general ledger and conducting daily cash reconciliation
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience of accounts receivable, cash applications, credit analysis, chargeback/deductions, aging managing disputes
Manufacturing experience held in high regard
