  You’d like to do this

  Serve as Employee Resource Group ambassador to company, National Diversity Council, and other stakeholders promoting the ERG value proposition to better connect with internal stakeholders and future employees.

  Ensure ERG efforts and goals are aligned to the broader DEI strategy; identify synergies to amplify the effectiveness of ERG events and initiatives. Contribute to annual DEI strategy sessions, leading ERG segments, as needed.

  Manage and enhance ERG membership database and define key metrics for success, performance scorecard, and provide other metrics as needed to provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations.

  Build trust and create strong relationships between ERG Leaders, Centers of Excellence Leaders, Senior Leadership, and other partners within the organization to develop and execute strategies for retention, engagement, and promotion of diverse talent.

  Onboard new ERG Leaders and Executive sponsors in New Leader Onboarding.

  Plan and execute annual virtual Employee Resource Group Leadership Forum.

  Facilitate recurring touchpoints amongst BlueHalo ERG Leaders to share best practices and understand opportunity areas which require additional support.

  Stay informed on best practices, tools or approaches to support DEI, ERGs and Diversity training.

  Enhance ERG application process; develop and able to launch new ERGs.

  Serve as ERG brand ambassador by developing internal employee messaging in partnership with HR (Human Resources) Employee Communications; identify effective ways to recognize the notable contributions of ERG Leaders. .

  Facilitate team building workshops, exercises, or programs to enhance the cohesiveness of teams.

  Create and monitor annual development curriculum for ERG leaders.

  Develop an external network to further knowledge and awareness of industry trends which can in turn influence and facilitate organizational change.

  Collaborate with Employee Resource Group leadership, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Business Partners to develop and execute strategies for engagement and building trust

  You’re required to have this

  5 plus years of DEI, Organizational Development or related experience

  Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational development, Org Psychology, HRD, or HRM

  Experience with research and defining initiatives to address opportunities for program development.

  Experience supporting ERG leaders in the development and implementation of annual strategic plans in alignment with their budgets

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Experience with resource promoting and developing solutions to enhance employee understanding on inclusion issues.

  Experience driving diversity change in the organization through staff engagement.

  Experience supporting the “S” in ESG strategy and tactics.
