　　We’re hiring a direct permanent Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client!

　　We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely

　　collections. If you have a strong background in accounts receivable, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to collections, we invite you to apply for this position.

　　Requirements

　　Responsibilities

　　· Generate and send out accurate and timely invoices to customers

　　· Follow up on outstanding customer payments and ensure timely collections

　　· Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues

　　· Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns related to invoices and payments

　　· Monitor and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies

　　· Record and track customer payments in the accounting system

　　· Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status

　　· Work with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies

　　· Participate in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

　　· Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in accounts receivable operations

　　Qualifications

　　· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

　　· Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role

　　· Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

　　· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

　　· Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations

　　· Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
