Objectives of the Position
Reporting operationally toHead of Global Digital Channels; administratively to Head of Regional Consumer Insights and Digital Solutions, Care Chemicals Asia Pacific, you will drive the roll-out of e-commerce solution Care 360° in Asia Pacific for existing customers (protect existing business & self-service) and enable business growth via this new e-channel. Support the organization in the readiness for e-commerce business.
Main Job Responsibilities
Act as Regional Channel Owner to manage the Care 360°webshop and be the single point of contact for related issues
Drive the migration of existing customers to Care 360°for ordering / self-service purposes in close alignment and cooperation with the regional stakeholders
Coordinate, execute globally driven communication measures within business, including Care 360° info sessions, alignments and updates to management
Identify UX improvements and collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders to manage new features development and promotion in the region
Support the regional business in adopting processes to be “business-ready” for e-channel purpose. Enhance customer adoption and internal stakeholder by leading discussions and foster a mutually beneficial environment
Develop e-commerce strategy & proposals in alignment with global framework and regional needs, driving implementation to maximize channel profitability
Propose and align with business continuously for product portfolio and pricing, and generate and track market intelligence via the channel
Drive digital marketing adoption in the organization as power user for Marketing Cloud (technical, not content) and linking customer journeys into the other digital tools (e.g. Care 360°webshop)
Support in ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or related discipline; Masters degree is related disciplinewill be an advantage
Minimum 5 to 8 years’ relevant working experience in sales, marketing, or supply chain; preferable in the related industry or market
Proven track record in project management, with can-do attitude and hands-on problem solving capabilities
Able to lead without authority and work effectively in virtual team environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Candidates with lesser experience could be considered a junior position
