　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Coordinates and supervises the flow of the daily activities in Radiology. The areas consist of Diagnostic Imaging, Computed Tomography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance and Radiology Support.

　　Prepares schedules for assigned staff and interviews candidates for positions in assigned areas.

　　Performs performance appraisals of assigned team members and completes areas’ payroll records.

　　Assists with implementation of policies and procedures to meet the various accrediting agencies’ regulations and laws.

　　Interfacing with other departments, physicians and their office staff, patients and their families, visitors and Radiology employees, as needed.

　　Acts in concert with the Director of Radiology to counsel employees, as needed

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Graduate of a Radiology program.

　　Minimum of five (5) years of work related experience in a radiology modality (i.e. Diagnostic Radiology, Ultrasound)· Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.

　　Current BLS certification.

　　Current licensure/registry/certification in good standing with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology and current certifications in other modalities, if applicable

　　Bachelor’s degree in a health related field preferred
