Demand Planning Process Manager– EMEA-NZ (Remote)

　　Location: Europe, remote (contract with Tessenderlo office, Belgium)

　　Purpose

　　Drive the implementation of next generation of planning (SAP IBP). Work with the EMEA-NZ market to roll out Demand Planning and S&OP technology across the region.

　　You will enable demand planning excellence and Next Gen agenda (SAP IBP) across Business Units, collaborate across Stanley Black & Decker and with customers for joint business planning initiatives and assess process improvement opportunities, prioritizes, recommends and tracks adherence to best practices.

　　The Job (responsibilities):

　　Propose and implement solutions (Next Gen Solution, SAP IBP) to improve demand planning process and correlated success metrics (e.g. forecast accuracy, bias, forecast value-add)

　　Create improved demand processes using a new planning tool

　　Propose and implement process improvements in the Demand Forecasting process.

　　Collaborate with line / BU functions (sales, marketing, finance, sourcing and manufacturing) and drive alignment on key business decisions for Next Gen Planning tool functionality.

　　Train users in the new ways of working

　　The Person (requirements):

　　Higher Degree - Supply Chain or Engineering preferred

　　8+ years of supply and demand planning, preferred: managerial / PM experience

　　S&OP Demand Review experience

　　ERP experience required, advantage: SAP ECC/S4 HANA

　　Solid understanding of supply management practices and procedures

　　Planning system implementation or key user experience required; SAP IBP preferred

　　Delivered projects on time and in full

　　Experience in training teams on best practices

　　Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, other European languages are an asset

　　Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

　　Experience of working across large groups of stakeholders, ability to influence

　　Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change

　　Process management, ownership (challenge Status Quo)

　　Occasional travel, up to 10% of the time might be required (for trainings, go-lives)
