We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented data management and integrity Specialist to join our team at OptiFreight® Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of data through our proprietary systems, utilizing our specialized data movement tools. You will play a critical role in optimizing data flow, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Data Movement Optimization:Utilize OptiFreight®'s proprietary data movement tools to ensure the seamless and efficient transfer of data between various systems.

Data Integrity Management:Maintain the accuracy and consistency of data throughout the movement process, adhering to strict quality control standards.

Process Monitoring and Auditing:Monitor data movement processes, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with other teams, including customers, IT, Operations, and Analytics, to ensure seamless data integration and communication.

Troubleshooting and Resolution:Diagnose and resolve data movement issues, to ensure timely resolution.

Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data movement processes, implement best practices, and stay abreast of industry trends in data management and data migration tools to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience, preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Proven experience in data movement and data management, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.

Strong understanding of data flow processes, data integrity principles, and data governance best practices.

Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms.

Anticipated salary range: $67,500 - $96,400
