　　Director, Information Security

　　Location: ( Home-Based, Hybrid, Office) Europe-based

　　Position Summary:

　　The Information Security Director will be responsible for defining and embedding best practice information security policies, standards, and processes across Cohesive’s global operations, covering business, technical, data, digital, and hosting services. The information security director role will also take the responsibilities of Cohesive’s divisional security champion within the Bentley Systems Group. We are looking for an information security professional, to complement and enhance our existing team in the Technology and Data department.

　　Your Day-to-Day / Responsibilities:

　　Develop corporate Information Security policies and standards.

　　Design and gain Cohesive Board approval of a Cohesive Information Security Framework and Management System

　　Lead the implementation of the Framework and Information Security Management System

　　Lead on compliance reviews, certifications, and accreditations within the agreed Framework.

　　Implement effective and appropriate Governance risk and Compliance controls and measures to protect systems and data.

　　What You Bring to The Team:

　　A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is typically required.

　　Significant experience in information security, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields, is typically expected.

　　Comprehensive experience with Information Security Frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and Cyber Essentials) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 including GDPR.

　　A strong background in cybersecurity, leadership skills, technical expertise, and an understanding of regulatory requirements.

　　What would make you stand out:

　　Knowledge of the Built environment industry, digital twins, and digital integration services is important to aligning cybersecurity strategies with Cohesive’s business objectives.
