Summary This position is assigned to Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Budget Division, Budget Support. You will join a dynamic team providing technical advice to management and program officials on the interpretation of regulations, guidelines and their application to complex problem that impacts the structure and programs of operations. Responsibilities Design and maintain automated reporting and process systems, such as MS-Form, Team, SharePoint, etc. Coordinate projects and data calls across multiple divisions and agencies. Analyzing and measuring program effectiveness and productivity. Brief senior leadership, and agency heads on recommendations. Apply management principles and analysis techniques to identify and evaluate program operations and service delivery. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes working with USDA/FPAC organization management. Examples of specialized experience: 1) applying qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques to design and conduct studies to assess and improve program operations and procedures; 2) analyzing and measuring program effectiveness and productivity; 3) applying knowledge of administrative operations to evaluate program activities for optimum utilization of resources for service delivery; 4) design and maintenance of automated reporting and process systems such as MS-Form, Team, SharePoint, etc.; 5) coordinating projects and data calls across multiple divisions/agencies, briefing senior leadership, and agency heads on recommendations and next steps.
