  Position Description:

  This is an entry/junior level position in Industrial Security field. Member will be accountable for the performance of standard and specialized personnel security processes. The selected candidate will provide timely, accurate, and courteous processing of personnel security actions throughout the contract lifecycle. This position supports the Department's Personnel Security Shared Services Center. Work with a dynamic and professional Industrial Security team supporting numerous government agencies.

  Your future duties and responsibilities:

  *Participate in the initiation, preparation, and submission of required personnel security actions for access to National Security Information and Intelligence Community programs

  *Participate in the processing of paperwork for Public Trust/Clearance positions

  *Duties include accurate and timely: daily database interactions (DISS/NBIS, SIMS and internal CGI systems), communications with cleared personnel; maintaining personnel security and suitability records, processing outgoing clearance certifications; pre-screening of potential hires; and completion of client-specific security processes (badging, CACs, SAAR, and other onboarding requirements).

  *Possession of or ability to obtain/maintain a Secret personnel security clearance

  *Experience with SIMS (or equivalent system), DISS/NBIS, and SWFT

  *Experience working in a Personnel Security Shared Services Center

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $33,400 - $61,300.
