Aerotek is looking to hire qualified maintenance technicians in a plastic extrusion environment

　　3rd shift position

　　Description:

　　Preventative Maintenance (maintain gearboxes, conveyor maintenance , grease bearings , replace bearings , replace belts / chains / rollers)

　　Mechanical Troubleshooting (rebuild pumps and valves , replace seals , replace pneumatic lines / cylinders , replace air filters )

　　Electrical Troubleshooting (electrical testing , wire faults , PLC troubleshooting , motor controls, replace sensors / prox switches / photoeyes , rewire 3 phase motors , 480v )

　　Breakdown calls

　　PLC troubleshooting (read ladder logic and diagnose issue using PLC, basic editing and programming )

　　Welding / Fabrication (need basic weld / fabrication experience for projects & upgrades, machine changes, etc.)

　　Skills:

　　Troubleshooting, Maintenance technician, plc troubleshooting, allen bradley plc, electrical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, preventative/corrective maintenance

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST HAVE:

　　480v / 3 phase Troubleshooting Experience (3+ years)

　　PLC Troubleshooting / ladder logic knowledge (3+ years)

　　Welding basic know how & experience for projects (3+ years)
