In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop strategy Plans for Analytical product business in Korea, with performing plan with sales and marketing team to achieve target
Collaborates industry marketing & sales team for positioning Analytical products in target market
Identify new opportunities and target/emerging industries & applications
Provides market information on the list of market players, its investments, installed base and contact information, etc
Handles project status updates, Win/lost analysis, order analysis by various breakdowns, etc and share them with relevant members
Handles outcomes from growth programs to be properly updated to have the programs properly assessed and reflected on the next growth programs
Handles sales tools such as customer presentation, shown results, reference list, brochure, competition materials etc. and develop required localization of them
Coordinate internal staff training and education programs and teambuilding programs
Distribute and follow up products news, specification updates and current product issues
Make alignment with company and AP marketing for marketing activities & results
Handles promotional Events in Domestic and Oversea
Handles Digital information supports like Power BI Sales Booking Dashboard, MSOL Homepages, CRM, and etc
This role will be 60% of Analytical Product Marketing and 40% of Digital supports
Who You Are:
You readily take action on challenges, without unnecessary planning. You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You have responsibility to focus industry marketing by developing short & long term marketing strategies with internal/external market investigation for Measurement Solution Business Unit. And they will support sales team's competency enhancement by improving sales team's product/industry solution knowledge and customer centric pursuit skill. From business development perspective, they will create new business opportunities in target industries & applications by developing strategic plan and leading growth programs.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 26 years of experience with marketing & business development or sales for process automation or relevant industries
Effective verbal and written communication especially strong in English
Willing to travel
Willing to work in the office
Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI experience
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering and Business administration, Social science preferred
Experience in working with product management, sales, customers, and partners preferred
Experience in direct & indirect sales, product marketing and strategic marketing planning preferred
Microsoft Office applications like Power BI experience are preferred
