　　We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician, to work in our Housing Office. As the Maintenance Technician, you would be responsible for:

　　Maintain agency owned/managed facilities

　　Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, dry wall, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

　　Respond to emergency maintenance requests quickly and efficiently

　　Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

　　Maintenance Technician Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour

　　Maintenance Technician Maximum Salary: $22.00 per hour

　　Maintenance Technician Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm, there will be on-call shifts

　　Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　1-3 years of experience
