　　Job Title: Maintenance Technician

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for commercial properties

　　Maintain and repair plumbing systems

　　Maintain and repair interior and exterior building finishes

　　Paint and touch up walls and trim

　　Light electrical maintenance for emergency lights, exit signs, lamp sweeps, etc.

　　Replace light bulbs and hang banners

　　Complete and submit paperwork

　　Keep facilities clean in appearance, removing trash as needed

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college or technical school a plus

　　Driver’s license

　　Experience working in the trades or adjacent industries preferred

　　Ability to read and write in English, including safety rules, equipment manuals, maintenance instructions, standard operating procedures, etc.

　　Working Environment and Physical Demands:

　　Will work in full range of indoor and outdoor conditions

　　Will perform some work on scissor/boom lifts and from ladders

　　Must be able to lift 50 pounds

　　Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

　　Must be able to bend, push/pull, twist, stoop, squat, lift, crawl, and climb
