　　Summary: Under limited supervision, coordinate daily activities of the Facilities Support team, overseeing moderately complex maintenance on a variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.

　　Shift: 2nd shift

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Develop, motivate, and challenge Facilities Support Team Members to reach their full potential through timely feedback.

　　Ascertain materials needed for projects, ensuring cost-effective purchase requests.

　　Maintain clean and organized work areas to minimize hazards.

　　Perform electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs on company premises.

　　Oversee installation, relocation, and reinstallation of equipment.

　　Conduct simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.

　　Update mechanical prints when changes occur.

　　Submit proposals and recommendations for upgrades or changes.

　　Maintain maintenance records for each piece of equipment.

　　Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections for maintenance needs.

　　Act as a liaison between the Facilities Department, internal customers, and vendors.

　　Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and document records properly.

　　Adhere to safety and health regulations and company security policies.

　　Additional Requirements:

　　Must be a self-starter with a tech background in electronic and/or electromechanical systems.

　　Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and independent problem-solving skills.

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Four to six years of maintenance field experience

　　OR

　　Can demonstrate skills required for the job.
