Description

　　Our Minneapolis client is seeking a Sr. AR Specialist to join their team! This exciting opportunity will include accounts receivable tasks such as cash applications, reconciliations, assisting with month end close, B2B collections, aging reports, and additional reporting as requested.

　　An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of well-rounded AR experience. Intermediate experience in MS Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups) is required. QuickBooks knowledge is preferred.

　　This permanent role will offer hybrid capability once trained, 3 days in office and 2 days work from home. Parking is provided, onsite.

　　Beginning compensation for this role is $60-65k, depending on qualifications. Discretionary bonus is also offered, depending on individual and company performance. 　　Requirements - Relevant experience in accounts receivable

　　Proven analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　Skilled with ERP systems

　　Adeptness in Collections

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

　　General familiarity with account reconciliation

　　Foundational knowledge in cash applications

　　Knowledge of Quickbooks Online

　　Experience with B2B collections

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Ad Hoc Reporting

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
