Job Title: Direct Hire Maintenance Technician

　　Shift: 1st Shift

　　Pay: 26/hr to 30/hr

　　Location: Painesville, OH

　　Willing to start candidates ASAP, but will respect a two weeks' notice

　　Job Description:

　　Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance - induction furnaces, rotating equipment/mixers, pneumatic feed systems

　　Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems and determine faults.

　　Operate machinery and technical equipment as needed to troubleshoot and ensure repairs are validated.

　　Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.

　　Participates in Pre-Startup Safety Reviews as the maintenance representative.

　　Performs preventative maintenance measures such as oiling, greasing

　　Fabricates weldments and makes equipment modifications as required.

　　Able to perform basic electromechanical functions such as troubleshooting and repair/replacement of motor drives.

　　Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, practices, and regulations.

　　Complete inspection logs and maintain maintenance records in accordance with procedures and requirements.

　　Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics for troubleshooting and installations.

　　Qualifications:

　　3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

　　Strong mechanical aptitude - hydraulics, pneumatics, pump systems, rotation equipment

　　Electrical experience - 480-240v, 3-phase, PLC Troubleshooting (Siemens)

　　Experience following a PM schedule

　　Available for on-call/emergency breakdowns
