　　Pay: Starting rate of $31.79/hr with pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. The position also includes skill progression potential with a top rate of pay at $33.77/hr at Tech 5. Night shift will receive an additional $1.50/hr for night shift differential

　　This Full Time Position is for a Maintenance Tech / Nights with a company in Le Mars, Iowa. Approximate shift start time of 5pm-7pm, with shifts ranging from 10-12 hours in length.

　　Summary: Supports operations by maintaining assets assigned by completing preventative, pro-active, and reactive maintenance and change over needs to support operational requirements.

　　Duties and Responsibilities: Completes assigned work orders as assigned. Supports operations by responding efficiently to business needs calls. Completing documentation of daily work required in EAM, RCA, and daily logs. Provides professional and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers. Interacts in a professional and courteous manner with all internal support groups to work together to problem solve.

　　Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Associates or Bachelors relevant degree preferred. Successfully complete on-boarding training program and the Technician 1 Skills Progression Program. Possess 1 year of ice cream plant experience preferred. Base knowledge of maintenance. Follows written and oral instructions.
