　　Job Summary:

　　HCA Healthcare Intensivist Services is looking for experienced acute care nurse practitioners or physician assistants to join Doctors’ of Augusta Hospital in Augusta, GA.

　　Qualified Candidates:

　　24-bed ICU

　　24/7 coverage – 1 MD & 1 APP day/ 1 APP night with MD call coverage

　　APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation, work independently, and be able to carry a minimum patient load of 8-10 patients per shift.

　　Acute care certification required for NPs; 2-3 years’ experience in the ICU for PAs
