Description:

　　Manufacturing facility near Fredonia, NY is in search of a maintenance supervisor to join their growing team. This employee will be working for a national company known throughout the aerospace and construction industries.

　　Supervisors will be working along side and with maintenance teams to provide supervision and support. This is a first shift, direct hire opportunity.

　　Daily Responsibilities:

　　Provide day to day supervision of all maintenance of equipment and machinery

　　Train, develop, and evaluate maintenance employees

　　Ensure safety, environmental and quality policies are understood and executed by all employees

　　Partake in process improvement initiatives

　　Analyze equipment failures

　　Skill Recommendations:

　　Previous supervision experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial

　　Able to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment and/or facilities equipment

　　Ability to communicate with maintenance leadership

　　Additional Information:

　　Pay: $75k-$90k Dependent on experience
