Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Robert Half's client, Business equipment supply

Contract Duration: 6 months

Robert Half’s client, a leading player in the business equipment and supply industry, is sourcing for an HR Assistant for a 6-month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our HR team that will aid and support the organization in enhancing staff performance and driving effective recruitment procedures.

Our primary requirement lies in expertise and hands-on experience in screening candidate resumes to ensure selections align with our organizational needs and workforce development strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Actively assist the HR team in maintaining effective recruitment processes, primarily screening candidate resumes.

Evaluate resume data to identify the best candidates that align with the job requirements and company culture.

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment officers to clearly understand the job role and specifications.

Check references and conduct preliminary interviews as may be required.

Assist in other HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, etc.

Maintain utmost confidentiality and adhere to the company's standards and procedures.

Occasionally assist in organizing and scheduling interviews.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR assistant or other HR-related roles.

Exceptional ability to screen and evaluate candidate resumes effectively.

Familiarity with HR software, databases, and MS Office.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Thorough understanding of labor laws.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Qualification in Human Resources or any relevant field is preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role
