Swap Netflix for sparkling floors & conquer grime for our chill (literally!) company! What You'll Do:
Maintain the cleanliness of break rooms, restrooms, manufacturing floor aisles, and the parking lot.
Empty trash, wash windows, power sweep, power scrub and wash floors, clean countertops/surfaces, plumbing fixtures.
Refill paper products and maintain supplies.
Manage the manufacturing floor trash and dumpsters, including using the high-pressure washer and compactor.
Bale cardboard when needed.
Assist the Maintenance Team with various tasks, potentially including basic maintenance duties and support for Electrical Mechanical Technicians.
Continuously improve processes by identifying opportunities in your daily work.
Uphold ISO 9001 Quality Standards and adhere to OSHA and EPA regulations.
Who You Are:
High school degree preferred, with 1 year of maintenance experience a plus.
Ability to be certified in overhead crane, Jib crane, and forklift operation preferred.
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Cleans shop break rooms and restrooms. Empty trash, wash windows, power sweep, power scrub and wash floors, clean countertops/surfaces, plumbing fixtures. Refill paper products and maintain supplies.
Empty manufacturing floor trash into larger dumpster, and when necessary, the larger dumpster into the compactor.
Clean trash containers and dumpsters when needed using the high-pressure washer in the wash booth.
Bale cardboard in compactor when needed.
Works in other areas of the Maintenance Team skills matrix, may perform basic Maintenance duties and support Electrical Mechanical Technicians.
Demonstrates a commitment to Continuous Improvement by identifying opportunities in day-to-day work.
Performs to ISO 9001 Quality Standards and abides to OSHA and EPA regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Routinely lifts and moves objects up to 20 lbs.
Occasionally lifts and moves objects up to 50 lbs.
Routinely ascends/descends ladders and stairs.
Occasionally works at heights or on platforms.
Routinely positions self in various works spaces, including low, tight or confined spaces.
Routinely remains in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
