We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to play a key role in furthering our mission in our company.

　　Summary/Objective:

　　Reporting to the COO, the Maintenance Coordinator will provide overall maintenance services for Transportation, Plant, Administrative offices, Stores and all other Agency facilities and equipment. To fulfill mission statement.

　　Skills and Knowledge:

　　Must have knowledge and demonstrated skill in use of repair and construction methods. Must have skill in use of tools and repair and maintenance of facilities. Must have knowledge and skill in following plans, blueprints, and schematic representations. Must have skill in repair of small apparatus, minor repair and maintenance of machinery used at Goodwill locations. Must have knowledge of safety rules and regulations as required by Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Must have valid Kansas driver’s license.

　　Preferred : 5+ years facility maintenance. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience.

　　Education/Experience:

　　GED or High School Diploma. Vocational training and manufacturing experience desirable. May perform minor repairs to machinery at all Goodwill sites – if possible. Reads blueprints, instructions and assembles shelving and warehouse storage as needed. Inspects fire extinguishers for safety compliance. Checks all vehicles for ongoing maintenance and keeps a car maintenance log. Paints surfaces and performs general maintenance at all Goodwill sites. Can understand CARF and ISO requirements.

　　Wage range for this position is: $45,000-$50,000 annually.
