Job Description
As a Materials Supervisor you will;
Supervise Material Control Specialists across value streams both inside warehouse operations and lineside support.
Provide direction to Material Control Specialists including shift work assignments, handling of escalations, and management of barrier resolution.
Oversee functions such as Receiving, Material Storage, Cycle Counting, Picking, Kitting, Replenishment, Material Moves, among others.
Support development and enhancement of employee standard work
Balance competing operational priorities to make safe, effective decisions which support manufacturing outcomes.
Ensure timely movement of material to support production line requirements, including expediting material to fulfill critical shortages.
Ensure accurate systemic transactions are completed for all material movements/transactions.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience
Understanding of key concepts in material planning / replenishment
Good communication skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
