Pollo Regio Corporate Office is currently looking out for Maintenance Clerk candidates who will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. This position will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

　　Responsibilities

　　Prepares invoices and process bill payments.

　　Accurately enter data from paper files into computer system.

　　Confirm invoices with restaurant managers.

　　Continuous communication with Maintenance Manager.

　　Archive and store files.

　　Assists with completion of other tasks needed.

　　Requirements

　　Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

　　Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques.

　　High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Integrity and professionalism.

　　Proficiency in MS Office.

　　High school diploma.
