　　This will be a hands-on position responsible for tasks in our Cold Heading Department to help the team ensure optimal results by checking parts visually and using quality tools, dumping pans, wrapping drums and welding coils.  Operators will be responsible for following processes as described by the work instructions and keeping work area clean and organized.  This is an entry level position for employees looking to learn cold heading operations on 2nd shift.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Employees must always demonstrate safe work practicesFollow work instructions and proceduresUnderstand machine controls for shutdown purposes onlyWrap drums and weld coils as required)Maintain good quality using Statistical Process ControlIdentify quality issues during ProductionFollow 5-S principles
