We are searching for full-time and part-time Life Skills Trainers to work the Overnight shift in our residential programs located in Irwin and Greensburg, PA.

　　Responsibilities

　　Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:    • Provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits    • Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving    • Accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings    • Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

　　Qualifications

　　Direct Support Professional Qualifications:    • A minimum of a HS Diploma/GED required (associate's or Bachelor's preferred)    • Must be at least 18 years of age    • Valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained    • Competence in writing, planning, organization and documentation    • Time management skills    • The ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers    • The ability to demonstrate positive client interaction skills

　　*Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must include professional documentation/evaluation that the non-U.S. educational program is equivalent to or exceeds U.S. educational requirements; documentation is required prior to becoming an employee
