About Maintenance

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Perform maintenance on machines and equipment on a regular basis to prevent breakdown.Capable of completing PM's without supervision.Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.Inspect and test machinery and equipment to detect malfunction.  Diagnose and dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repair parts.Minor welding and fabrication.Replace fuses, heaters, thermocouples, motors etc. Follow UCC Quality System approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and housekeeping.Responsible for cleanliness of work area.Participate in company training seminars as offered.Attend company meetings as designated.Follow Quality System-approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures.Complete monthly Safety Observations and attend Meetings.
