We are currently seeking a Housekeeper!

　　Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

　　Responsibilities include:

　　Prepare vacant units for occupancy

　　Take responsibility for the daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings

　　Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents

　　Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times

　　Respond courteously and efficiently at all times

　　Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times

　　Maintain a thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies

　　Requirements:

　　Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

　　High level of customer service

　　Ability to follow directions and follow up to ensure completion of tasks

　　Housekeeping experience preferred
