　　Robert Half is working with a client to find dynamic, self-motivated and organized Mailroom Assistants. As the Mailroom Assistant at this thriving company, you'll be responsible for receiving and sorting mail and packages in a centralized room before distributing the items to appropriate departments and individuals. This role is also concerned with managing and maintaining physical and digital mail-sorting systems. Act now and submit an application today! 　　Key responsibilities

　　Enter, group, and/or distribute mail and packages

　　Get and sort all incoming mail and packages from various carriers

　　Run clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing

　　Intercept assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station

　　Requirements

　　Must be fully bilingual English/Spanish

　　2+ years of work experience in an office or warehouse setting

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

　　Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
