Job Description
Program Execution / Program Management
NTs Chief Procurement Officers team for Third Party Management (TPMO) isresponsible for design and execution of the Third Party risk managementprogram in line with regulatory expectations, NTs Third Party RiskManagement Policy, and Third Party Practice Standard.
This role reports to the Head of the Third Party Management Office(TPMO) and performs as the Head of Program Execution within the TPMOwhich is the 1st line of defense for third party risk. Primarily youwill work closely with the head of the TPMO to assist in designdecisions and will be mainly responsible for the execution of theprogram as per the Third Party Standard.
The role holder will be an expert in Third Party Risk Management andwould be well versed in execution aspect of the program related to theentire lifecycle of third party engagements. This is a central roleinteracting with business units, 2nd line of defense, other team leadsand offshore quality control team.
Major Duties:
Responsible for tracking program throughput including various life cycleelements (Planning, IRQs, DDQs, Ongoing Monitoring, Contracting andTermination), periodic inventory review, open issues and open riskacceptance review and tracking of all internal projects
Responsible for designing and periodically reviewing program relatedartifacts, risk methodologies, service categories and associated riskprofile, reporting thresholds etc.
Accountable for assisting and guiding business partners through variousstages of third party lifecycle to ensure quality program execution
Accountable for program documentation including development, periodicreview, version control and organized storage for various programdocuments such as Third Party Management Practice Standard, trainingmaterials, desk procedures, assessment questionnaires, notificationemails and other program documentation
Accountable for developing a quality control program including specimenselection, QC checklists, QC guidance & trainings and tracking of QCoutput
Accountable for developing training materials, conducting firmwide TPRMtraining and tracking training performance
Responsible for review and prioritization of user specifications fortechnology enablement and process automations
Responsible for reviewing all reporting coming out of the department,especially those going to regulators, committee meeting and Businesspartners
Responsible for engaging with and assisting 2LOD partners by providingbusiness users\' input for 2LOD deliverables
Knowledge/Skills:

Experience
Bachelor\'s degree and approximately 10 years of related work experiencewith clear understanding of and experience in the Three Lines of Defensemodel
A thorough understanding of third-party (i.e., vendor, supplier, etc.)risk management, with prior experience in designing program solutions,risk scoring and aggregation methodologies and designing committeereporting
Understanding of global risk regulatory requirements w th emphasis on US(OCC Bulletins, FFIEC, FRB, FDIC) or UK (PRA, FCA)
A TPRM related certification such as CTPRP or CTPRA
