In the role of Machinist, you perform various machine operations in cutting and shaping a variety of materials to precision dimensions. 　　This position contributes to our vision by:

　　• Setup and operate CNC equipment such as CNC lathes and CNC mills, and/or setup and operate manual equipment such as tube bending machines, mills, engine lathes, chucker lathes, and surface grinders.

　　• Setup and operate secondary shop machinery, such as band saws, drill presses, various tool grinders, abrasive saws, vibratory tumblers, etc.

　　• Perform inspection of parts using various precision metrology instruments including micrometers, dial indicators, optical comparators, etc.

　　• Document part inspections during part runs to ensure conformance to specifications.

　　• Perform manual deburring operations.

　　• Strong basic mathematical skills; understand shop math including trigonometry.- Basic

　　• Requires a minimum of three years related experience.
