Kforce has a client that is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator in Boca Raton, FL.Responsibilities:

　　Email Marketing Coordinator will work directly with editorial, marketing and advertising departments to coordinate email marketing deployments

　　Work in multiple email platforms to create, schedule, and deploy email campaigns

　　Format and execute multiple HTML-based daily, weekly, and monthly consumer emails and newsletters

　　Utilize merge tags and variables to execute personalized content within email templates

　　Create list segments by querying customer data for targeting, personalization, suppression, and data management tasks

　　Create and implement tracking codes within campaigns to support reporting

　　Coordinate and execute SMS and PUSH notifications

　　Coordinate and manage technical changes with IT to support departmental needs

　　Prepare/manage various data reports for daily campaigns, deliverability, site traffic, OTT traffic, and dashboard reports

　　As an Email Marketing Coordinator, you will stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email

　　Act as a strong team player to work cross functionally, while sharing insights and experience

　　Assist cross departmental teams as needed

　　Some overtime work required

　　Other duties as assigned

　　College degree, minimum Associates (preferred)

　　2 years of experience working with html coding, email content, marketing, email service vendors or direct response marketing (preferred)

　　Experience deploying email marketing campaigns

　　Demonstrated attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables

　　Proficient in HTML, knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop

　　Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

　　Ability to create, manage, and analyze Excel based reports

　　Proven ability to quickly grasp, work with, and execute complicated processes for email and marketing

　　Ability and flexibility to work on a diverse team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment

　　Ability to work repetitive tasks without errors

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Interpersonal and organizational skills

　　Experience with CSS/Media queries is a plus

　　Experience with Google Analytics is a plus

　　Experience with Adobe Campaigns is a plus

　　Online project and campaign management experience a plus

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
