Overall purpose of job:
Contribute to the achievement of the annual sales plan through the management of Company business with assigned Accounts focusing on range, display, pricing and promotions utilizing the agreed operating resources
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies, objectives and action plans to achieve distribution, display and sales objectives within the agreed cost levels.
Contribute to the formulation of the Annual Sales Plan/ Joint Business Plan and develop specific account annual activities to maximize coverage, sales, display and distribution objectives towards the achievement of the mutually agreed targets
Plan and implement agreed growth targets for volume/value with the nominated Key Accounts, Monitor and maximize the return on trade investment budgets;Negotiation on trade terms, maintain & build long-term relationship with customers
Internal & External Operations:
Effective involvement and close communication with internal stakeholder include Customer Marketing, finance , supply chain functions/ supporting team have synergy on all activities
Monitor, prepare and submit periodic(monthly and otherwise) reports by review & analysis channel performance as required; Participate in periodic review/planning meetings as required;
Conduct market research or sales analysis to explore new sales opportunities
Control trade spending and maximize business opportunities to ensure product presence at shop front is satisfactory
Align pricing and promotion plans with other accounts to minimize channel conflict
Execution excellent on planned promotion strategy and brand element among in store level
Work closely with the merchandising team towards the achievement of specific merchandising and in-store promotional objectives for the responsible accounts
Qualifications
3 years of experience in key account management, experience with FMCG is definitely an advantage
Analytical and influential, Strong presentation/communication and negotiation skills are essential
Able to translate market intelligence and related information into feasible business strategies and decision
Proficiency in Chinese and English and Microsoft Office Application
Sensitivity on nubmering and market dynamic;Be able to think from a helicopter view
Knowledge in supply planning and inventory management an advantage.
Evidence of success in negotiations or management with key customers.
Strong effectiveness, results oriented and analytical skills
