　　Responsibilities

　　Overview: As a leader in our machine shop, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supervising our machine shop. Approximately half of your time will be dedicated to hands on machining work.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead and guide team by assigning tasks, managing workload, and fostering a motivating environment

　　Operate machinery to fulfill production orders

　　Serve as the primary point of contact for operators regarding processes, questions, and issues

　　Manage the daily production program to optimize set-ups, support work order assignments, and allocate personnel according to workload

　　Ensure timely delivery of production orders with expected quality

　　Conduct effective weekly meetings

　　Communicate strategies and company information to the team

　　Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

　　Address performance issues within the team

　　Monitor goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)

　　Manage raw materials, tools, gauges, and uphold the 6S program

　　Drive continuous improvement processes and implementations

　　Design special tooling and fixtures

　　Setup and program CNC macinery

　　The essential functions of this role include:
