　　Robert Half is seeking a person who can join a dynamic team for a leading property management firm committed to providing top-notch services in the real estate industry. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support our property management operations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　As a Data Entry Specialist focused on property management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized data related to our properties. Your key responsibilities will include:

　　Data Entry:

　　Input and update property-related data into the company database.

　　Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.

　　Lease and Tenant Information:

　　Maintain records of leases, tenant information, and rent payments.

　　Update and verify tenant contact details.

　　Financial Records:

　　Assist in tracking and entering financial transactions related to property management.

　　Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.

　　Maintenance and Repairs:

　　Record and update information on property maintenance and repairs.

　　Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely updates.

　　Documentation:

　　Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to property management.

　　Assist in the creation and management of standardized documentation.

　　Communication:

　　Collaborate with property managers and other teams to obtain necessary information.

　　Provide timely updates on data entries and discrepancies.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in property management.

　　High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

　　Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Strong organizational and time management skills.

　　Ability to handle sensitive property-related information with confidentiality.

　　Education and Experience:

　　High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in data entry or real estate is a plus.

　　Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably in property management.
