Machine Operator/ Refrigeration Tech
Pay: $24-$32 DOE
Day shift: 1pm start M-F
Job Summary:
We are looking for A Refrigeration Tech for our Redmond location . This is a temporary position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role after 520 hours. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and have a strong work ethic.
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary, with potential for permanent conversion
- Location: Redmond, WA
- Pay Rate: $24/hr-$32/hr
- Shift: Day shift: 1:00pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate at the apprentice level, demonstrating a sense of urgency to learn all plant processing and packaging equipment issues
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of plant processing and packaging equipment
Maintain proper documentation through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Comply with company safety, quality, standard operating procedures (SOP), and HACCP guidelines
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of a high school diploma
1 to 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Demonstrated precision, accuracy, and alertness in work
Good decision-making skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
Familiarity with the proper use of maintenance tools
