　　Project Superintendent responsibilities and duties:

　　Maintain quality control

　　Daily schedules and timesheets

　　Maintain daily log of building progress and communicate with allinvolved

　　Supervise all workers/subcontractors on site

　　Coordinate deliveries and vendors

　　Follow OSHA rules and standards

　　Adhere to deadlines and budget restrictions

　　Project Superintendent required qualifications:

　　Related experience within the commercial construction industry

　　Basic computer knowledge/skills

　　Knowledge of industry safety standards
