JOB REQUIREMENTS: Understand and comply with safety rules andregulations. Operate equipment and machines under supervision. Load andunload parts into and out of furnaces. Inspect parts for quality ofproduct. May sort parts for packing using appropriate equipment andprocedures. May package parts using appropriate equipment andprocedures. Complete required paperwork. Maintain workplace organizationand cleanliness according to 5S standards. Proper use of lubes andcoolants where required. Maintain communication within the team andbetween shifts. Promptly inform supervisor or value stream leader ofquality-related issues. Attend meetings and training sessions whennecessary.
