　　This Senior Business Analyst is an individual contributor who is skilled in project and process management, has proven ability to analyze business needs, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions which meet organizational goals for our Sales and Distribution Team.

　　Demonstrated expertise in project management seasoned in overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles.

　　Proficient in conducting business assessments, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing streamlined solutions/process improvements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring project success.

　　Extensive experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end business processes.

　　In-depth experience in conducting requirement analysis, stakeholder consultations, and translating business goals into actionable project plans.

　　Proven skills and experience in developing robust project plans, lead meetings, document requirements, develop presentations, and update stakeholders/leadership on project status.

　　Accountable for and manages the development, implementation and ongoing project(s) and deliverables.

　　Strong communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration across teams.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Proven record as a Senior Business Analyst with focus on project and process management.

　　5+ years' related work experience. (direct project management experience successfully managing projects that impact multiple teams, departments and/or functions).

　　At least 3+ years of business analysis and data analytics experience.

　　Solid project management skills with strong collaboration skills with various roles.

　　Experience documenting business processes, as well as, recommending and implementing improvement strategies.

　　Experience in identifying gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows.

　　Proven track record in managing projects and/or programs and in meeting project milestones.

　　Experience in developing recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis.

　　Ability to communicate effectively with management.

　　Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within work teams to deliver results.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Strong organization skills.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Healthcare experience or managed care industry experience

　　Project management experience.

　　Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking and project management skills.

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills.

　　Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships.

　　Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.

　　Demonstrated ability to multi-task and plan for prioritizing workload within tight deadlines.

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
