Renowned manufacturing facility in Denver, CO is hiring Production Operators to join their team. These are contract-to-hire positions, and a great opportunity to join a market-leading innovator company that has placed on the Fortune 500.
Location: Denver, CO 80216 (by I-25)
As a Production Operator , you will be a vital part of our production team with responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Setting up raw materials along the production line.
Maintaining and troubleshooting machinery, specifically the shingle machine.
Clearing machine jams to ensure continuous workflow.
Inspecting the quality of the finished products to uphold our standards.
Cleaning and painting manufacturing equipment and the production area to maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
What We Are Looking For:
High school or GED is required
1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand/power tools.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
Ability to read tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to stand and walk for extended prolonged periods (12-hour shifts).
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
Shift & Pay:
Night Shift: 6PM-6AM - $26.69/hrThese are 12h shifts in a 2,2,3 schedule (work for 2 days, then 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work), so you must be willing to work every other weekend

This role is positioned in a physical and loud environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and stretching with or without reasonable accommodation. You will be expected to frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products. Candidates should be aware that the manufacturing plant's temperature can vary with the seasons and weather conditions.
