　　Perform all processing steps necessary for the flow of product throughthe Materiel Prep work cell; ensure product quality and adherence toappropriate processing standards; assist and instruct other departmentalemployees as directed.

　　You will:

　　Operate all essential machines and/or equipment in the work cellIdentify and actively participate in continuous improvements ofsafety, quality, and productionMay perform basic maintenance repairOperate hydrogen calcining and sintering furnaces, must maintainspecified firing profilesSet up and perform various types of metallizing, including screenprinting, through hole printing, brushing, etc.Train other employees on proper equipment operation and/or setupRequirements:

　　High School Diploma or EquivalentTwo or more years experience with work cell-specific machines andequipmentKnowledge of product quality concepts and ISO principlesCan use a variety of inspection and measuring tools and techniques,including comparators if necessary\$2,000 Sign On Bonus upon successful completion of 30 days of work

　　The selection of the person to be hired for this position iscontingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility foraccess to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensingjurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic inArms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, ExportAdministration Regulations (EAR).
