　　Overview:

　　Aerotek is partnering with a polymer compound manufacturing company that supplies specialty plastics to clients across the globe. This company is looking to bring on skilled Technicians to add to their Maintenance team.

　　Job Description:

　　Ensure that he/she achieves their allocated work priorities to meet time, thus minimizing production down time.

　　Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on all equipment.

　　Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing equipment.

　　Removes any defective parts by dismantling the devices using the proper tools and inspecting the parts for wearing, replacing or reinstalling new part and test equipment for proper operation.

　　Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques.

　　Fabricates repair parts by using maintenance shop instrumentation and equipment

　　Maintains equipment, parts and supplies inventories by check stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies and informing supervisor or equipment, parts and supplies needed.

　　Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

　　Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing personal needs

　　Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

　　Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Minimum of one year experience in industrial maintenance.

　　Knowledge of Hand Tools

　　Knowledge of Multi- Meter.

　　Need to have mechanical knowledge of pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

　　Allen Bradley PLC experience is plus

　　Need to have the ability to troubleshoot single and three phase motors.
