The Machine Operator will operate blow-mold,grinders, trimmer machines and conveyor systems. Role is responsible fortroubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance toensure continued operation of the production line. The Machine Operatoris also responsible for following our company\'s Good ManufacturingPractices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to thefollowing: Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standardsand with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttlemachines) to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits,weights and quality checks.Machines may vary by site. Adhere to qualitycontrol and to blow mold process procedure. Troubleshoot and performminor repair on blow-mold and support equipment. Make adjustments tomeet product specifications. Introduction to preventive maintenance,mold, neck and blow pin and other mechanical changes. Grind excessbottle and material. Introduction to troubleshooting and resolvingprocess problems. Prepare maintenance request forms and documentequipment repairs. Prepare & document daily production reports,including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other. Other dutiesas assigned by management. Duties my differentiate by plant based onequipment and plant design. Receives instructions on specific job taskby Lead Operator or Supervisor.
