Door-to-Door Sales Representatives:04/01/2024 - 10/1/2024. 50 hours/week, 1:00pm-9:00pm (Monday-Friday);11:00am to 9:00pm (Saturday). Hours and daily work schedule may vary.\$15.67/hour (OT/ \$23.51) paid weekly on Friday. A single workweek willbe used to compute wages due. Bonuses, commissions, or raises may bepaid to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys solediscretion, based on individual factors including work performance,sales, skill and tenure. All deductions from the worker\'s paycheckrequired by law will be made. H-2B application to be concurrently filedwith USDOL. The Sales Representative is responsible for door-to-doorin-home presentations with potential residential customers to have asmart home system installed in the customer\'s home. Build and sellcustom smart home packages unique to each customer\'s home. Ensurecustomer expectation and company offerings are aligned in terms of thesmart home packages being built and offered. Attend daily in-markettrainings provided by local leadership. Ensure customer satisfaction byanswering phone calls and emails if brand new onboarded customers havequestions about the product installed. Work in all weather conditions.Frequent walking to prospective customer residences. No education orexperience required. Employer will provide to the workers, withoutcharge or deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment to perform theduties assigned. On-the-job training provided. Sales Reps must sell atleast 3 accounts per week. Daily transportation to/from worksite will beprovided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-upplace). Worksite at: 10 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 875, Chicago, IL60606. Travel to prospective customer locations in theChicago-Naperville-Elgin, IL-IN-WI MSA. Optional employer subsidizedhousing is available to worker upon request at a cost ranging from \$200to \$415 per week. If the worker completes 50% of the employmentcontract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportationand subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Uponcompletion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay worker\'s reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place, theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.46 per day duringtravel to a maximum of \$59 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will bereimbursed in the first workweek for all visa processing, bordercrossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment (excluding passport fees). For certified periods of emp. 120days or more, employer guarantees work equal to 3/4 of workdays in each12-wk period of total emp. pd.
