　　Hours: 7pm - 7am (2-2-3 schedule)

　　6% shift Differential

　　How will you make an impact?

　　Operates an encapsulating machine to produce products from pre-mixed ingredients, insuring proper temperatures, machine settings, equipment set-ups, in process measurements, and quality product.

　　What will you do?

　　Reads job specifications from the Batch Production Record to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.

　　Observes machine operation. Make adjustments as needed. Takes samples of product and performs in process testing.

　　Performs all checks as required and documents activities. Is responsible for maintaining all required documentation in accordance with the Work Instructions.

　　Assists Set-Up person to set up machine, empty basket and clean and prepare machine for changeover. Also assists with the actual changeover.

　　Notifies Lead Operator when issues occur with equipment or product. Is responsible for correcting issues effecting product quality.

　　Spreads product as required.

　　Manufacture of simple, bulk products (ie. IBU, Docusate, Naproxen, Fish Oil)

　　Assists with cleanup and other Encapsulation duties as needed. May perform other reasonable, related business duties.

　　How will you get here?

　　High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

　　Meet DEA security clearance requirements if requested.

　　Experience

　　Manufacturing experience preferred.
