Description:

　　RathGibson is the preferred global solutions provider for precision stainless and specialty alloy tubing products. They serve diverse industries such as power generation, renewable, oil and gas, petrochemical, food and dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and general commercial. Rath is owned by Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffett)

　　-Will be running the Mill machine which is bending metal into pipe form

　　-Will have to change out the metal rolls which can be anywhere from every 2-12 hours

　　-Will have to troubleshoot and perform any minor mechanical repairs, quality checks, and adjustments on the machines. (Need to have some knowledge of 3-phase, 480 volt to beable to understand that someone needs to be called to fix any major electrical problem.)

　　-Will have to weld a minor strip to connect the metal. (They don't need any welding experience, they will train. Very small strip of welding. Basically a tack weld.)

　　-Basic preventative maintenance at the machine

　　Interested in candidates with the following experience:

　　Can troubleshoot, problem solve, think outside of the box

　　Either in Machining, Maintenance, Mechanic or Fab

　　Relaxed work environment - Management is very willing to work with people throughout personal situations if they need to miss work. Just need to overcommunicate.

　　Annual pay raises and bonus programs based off of company sales, safety and the candidates attendance. Around 5% of their yearly salary. Raises and bonuses are typically aggressive!

　　Most Mill Operators come in around $18-23/hr

　　Tenured Mill Operators can get up to $30 an hour

　　$2.00 dollar raise after 120 days

　　$2 premium for B shift

　　$6 premium for C shift

　　$8 premium for D shift

　　It's a very skilled position that allows you to constantly learn and its never boring
