Ensure compliance with regulations and accrediting organizations, managing credentialing processes for healthcare professionals. Collaborate with leadership on privileging processes. Review applications, coordinate with stakeholders, and address enrollment issues. Stay updated on regulatory requirements. Prepare and distribute reports, conduct audits, and oversee office management. Participate in developing and adhering to governance bylaws, department rules, and policies for medical staff and the organization.
