  Job Overview & Responsibilities

  An exciting opportunity to help build a brand new best-in-class strategic partnerships team for the world's largest airline

  Entrepreneurial in spirit, a ‘builder’ at heart, this Senior Manager of DSP Commercial Partnerships will be responsible for nurturing and expanding strategic partnerships with DSPs & key technology providers, and driving revenue growth through proactively identifying opportunities for expansion.

  You will oversee account functions from end-to-end, ensuring consistency and accuracy from strategy to execution. This role is highly collaborative, and working successfully across multiple cross-functional teams will be key to providing best-in-class account support.

  Build and execute strategy and infrastructure for demand activation, working closely with demand partners, ad ops, and product teams to ensure accessibility and optimization

  Develop and grow relationships with strategic advertising technology partners, understanding their business objectives as well as United's business needs in order to deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Ad-Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to deliver integrated solutions and ensure the account’s success

  Develop and oversee the execution of account strategies from end-to-end

  Use data-driven insights to proactively identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion

  Maintain administrative account health through creating and updating contracts, managing billing cycles and documenting account updates

  Qualifications

  Required

  Bachelor’s Degree

  Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media (or related)

  5+ years proven experience in Digital Media, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or a client-facing role

  Knowledgeable about AdTech, MarTech, Programmatic media, digital and omni-channel marketing, and personalization

  Ability to work with clients and cultivate relationships

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  Ability to create structure and provide value amid ambiguity

  Experience collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business results

  Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and project management

  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
